Dear adminstrator, rashtrothana yogic sciences and research Institute ,chamarajpet,Bangalore, last week I had been to your yoga center to enquire about the classes.The way the receptionist posed was shocking.She was quite rude and ill mannered speaking on her mobile continuesly .She has no courtesy to ask the person to seat.There is a way you talk to a customer which I found missing in your institute.I had come with so much hope and was taken aback.I had to ask her for the brochure of your institute ,till then madam is continuosly on her mobile.Being such a reputed institute I did not expect such a treatment!Anyways she said there are no batches at present and so hope to see you all in october,Thank you,
